PermanentKey Duties (Including but not limited to):

Support the development and embedding of the risk management framework across the Group, including risk statements and tolerance levels.Facilitate and lead risk and control assessments across the Group, engaging appropriately with senior management.Lead analysis of current mitigation strategies for key and emerging risks, ensuring adherence to risk appetite statements and tolerance levels.Lead and contribute to reviews of the risk management framework, leveraging expertise in practical risk management within financial services, insurance intermediaries, or insurance carriers.Possess a strong record of academic or business achievement, such as a university degree, with relevant risk management training (e.g., IRM certification in financial services risk management).Have proven experience in enterprise risk management within the insurance industry (preferred) or financial services sector, with in-depth knowledge of enterprise risk and control frameworks and their practical implementation in growth businesses.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with other risk managers and key stakeholders, providing valuable second-line risk input and challenge, with a high degree of professionalism.
