The Opportunity This market-leading Intellectual Property group is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Tech and Comms Patent Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading IP litigators on complex, high-value and technically sophisticated disputes, advising clients operating at the forefront of tech, comms, engineering and related sectors. The new hire will be involved in advising on the full range of contentious patent matters, including patent infringement and validity disputes, licensing disputes and Standard Essential Patents (SEP) / FRAND issues, often with a cross-border dimension.
