Support continuous improvement, food safety, and compliance across all engineering functions.Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and food standardsConduct diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systemsAccurately record all maintenance activities in CMMSPerform dynamic risk assessments and review contractor RAMS when issuing permitsMonitor equipment performance, aiming to reduce downtime and increase reliabilitySupport site production, contribute to CI initiatives, and maintain a clean, safe engineering areaActively promote safety culture (SORs, Food Safety Observations, etc.)The ideal candidate will have Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship (Mechanical or Electrical) - Level 3Experience in a multiskilled maintenance role within food or FMCG manufacturingKnowledge of CMMS and preventative/predictive maintenance practicesStrong fault-finding ability across mechanical and electrical systemsFamiliarity with hygienic equipment and food-safe maintenance proceduresGood communication and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of safety, food compliance, and engineering KPIsDesirable SkillsHNC/HND in Engineering17th/18th Edition Electrical CertificationIOSH or ..... full job details .....
