The role will report into Group Head of CSG (Customer Service Group) Procurement, within the Corporate and Business Procurement team. Main categories of responsibilities will be Third Parties Contact Centre for the UK, working closely with the Senior Procurement Manager for CSG. The Corporate and Business team is part of the Enterprise Procurement function, reporting into Comcast. This combined approach will enable our people to potentially work on projects relating to Comcast, NBC U as well as Sky specific matters.What You''ll DoResponsibilities

Become the focal point to run the required vendor selection for the Sky welcome customer service estate in 2025/26Specifically facilitate vendor/s performance and technical criteria (with CSG and Procurement) that proves whether a business case exists for successful deliveryProduce required RFP documentation, with inputs on business requirements and outcomes neededFormulate commercial options required from vendors, referencing leading external best practices to incentivise customer delivery, operational performance and required efficienciesLead overall contractual negotiations and completion with selected vendor, subject to CSG acceptance and business caseEvaluate required KPIs, incentive-based models, and customer NPS measures as part of contract completionDefine required governance and vendor management approach to ensure successful delivery, partnering with CSG and Procurement leadershipBuild, maintain and influence stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment between strategic plans and Procurement directionWork closely with procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and USALead negotiations with key strategic partners through consulting with appropriate business areasWhat You''ll Bring
