Our client has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Paralegal - Dispute Resolution andLitigation.The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate their organisational skills and prioritisation of work with an ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure assisting on a varied caseload.Key ResponsibilitiesTo liaise with Department Manager and Department head to establish daily responsibilitiesTaking telephone messages and liaising with clients as appropriateChecking and working in accordance with task list and diary remindersAssisting with research on a variety of legal issuesTo provide cover in the department as requiredMeeting Clients to take messages or arrange appointmentsTo attend office / department meetings and training sessions as requiredAbility to travel between offices for hearings as requiredGeneralAssist with departmental compliance of anti-money launderingregulations and qualityprocedures in accordance with Quality Procedures ManualEnsure high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures suchas time recording, cost estimates and invoicingAssisting clients in suppling Identity documentsSending payment linksRequired Skills and Experience:Experience of working in a dispute resolution team on contentious matters;Experience in conducting legal research;Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detailPleasant manner, flexible and co-operativeAbility to work on own initiative and take responsibility for quality of workGood time ..... full job details .....
