This small, local Company require an Assistant Accountant to manage their accounts function on a day to day basis. A warm welcome awaits the successful candidate.Responsibilities
Some of your duties will include:Assisting the Accountant with the day to day management of the accounts functionChecking purchase invoices received and matching invoices with purchase ordersReconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs paymentsEnsuring that all costs for parts were allocated to relevant project being completedCosting projects completed, raising client invoices and recording payments receivedPreparing and submitting monthly CIS return and quarterly VAT return
