Infrastructure EngineerOur client, a highly reputable business located in the heart of Kent, is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to join their internal IT department to provide 3rd line escalation support andamp; project management to their Microsoft IT ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a broad range experience across service desk, networking and infrastructure gaining exposure to Windows Servers, 365/Azure, SharePoint and AD/Exchange as the company continues its on premise to cloud transformation program.Reporting to the IT Manager, you''ll provide hands-on support across Servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, specialist applications, and network infrastructure. Our client is looking to pay up to £40,000 to £45,000 circa, to be based in Maidstone, Kent (5 days per week, working 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm) with additional benefits including a 5% bonus potential.What you''ll do:Provide support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems.Manage helpdesk enquiries, escalating where needed and seeing issues through to resolution.Support Servers (Windows 2012/2016), Exchange 365, backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure.Set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices.Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily operations.
