Based in London, this role will focus on understanding local market consumer behavior, coordinating platform marketing initiatives, and working cross-functionally to improve campaign performance and category sales.Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research into local users’ shopping habits and preferences, identify industry and product trends, and organise marketing campaigns to boost GMV.Support the development and ongoing optimisation of platform marketing tools aimed at increasing purchase frequency and average order value (AOV).Integrate brand-side marketing resources and localise campaign strategies around international holidays, seasonal events, and trending topics to engage target user groups and increase sales in priority categories.Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver timely, well-executed campaigns with measurable commercial impact.Track key campaign metrics and performance data, using insights to refine future campaign planning and operations.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above. Prior experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, or user operations within the internet or e-commerce industry is preferred.Strong, hands-on experience in campaign or platform operations, with a strong understanding of standalone app and PC platform logic and proven operational methodologies.Strong data skills and analytical mindset; able to draw insights from data and apply them to improve campaign effectiveness.Good communication and collaboration skills; proactive in problem solving and open to creative experimentation and new ideas.What We Offer
