As theHead of Projects, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of projects across our ecommerce operations. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives—from infrastructure changes to automation rollouts and network expansions—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence through structured project delivery.Lead the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle across our supply chainManage and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and PMO professionalsDefine and implement project governance frameworks, tools, and best practicesOversee project portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocationEnsure alignment of all projects with strategic business objectives and KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and financeMonitor project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreamsPresent project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in project delivery quality, and speed.Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all project activitiesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the project teamSupporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.Educational background in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related fieldExtensive project management experience, coupled with a strong background in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site projects in logistics or ecommercePMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is highly desireableStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI)Experience with portfolio management and strategic planningWillingness to travel up to 50%Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)- ASOS Develops (personal development opportunities across the business)- 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment- Discretionary bonus scheme- Private medical care scheme- Flexible benefits allowance - which you can choose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits
