Science Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Bedford
Start Date: After Easter
Contract: Full-time

Coba Education is working closely with a secondary school in Bedford to recruit a qualified Science Teacher for a full-time position, starting after Easter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed teacher to join a supportive school and deliver high-quality Science teaching across the secondary age range.

The role:

• Full-time teaching position within a secondary school Science department
• Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
• Contributing positively to the wider school community

The successful candidate must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Have experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school
• Be confident teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Have strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to raising attainment
