The successful candidate will play a key role in both leading their own projects and contributing as part of a collaborative team. You will be involved from early concept design through to detailed design and implementation, with opportunities to influence the continued development and growth of the practice.

Key Requirements

Candidates must hold a full driving licence and demonstrate:

• A positive, friendly and collaborative approach
• Strong self£motivation and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage projects independently or work within a team
• Exceptional design flair and practical problem£solving ability
• Confident hand-drawing and strong graphic communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with SketchUp and Keyscape (highly desirable)

Experience

• CMLI chartered status or a minimum of a fewandnbsp;yearsandrsquo; post£graduate experience
• Broad project experience from concept through to delivery
• Strong technical ability, good plant knowledge and contract administration experience
• Interest in urban design / masterplanning and LVIAs (desirable)
