They seek a positive, cheerful individual as a Sales Consultant to join the team.The Role As a Sales Consultant your role will be the following: Speak to customers and understand what they are looking for in a cruise and present them with the best option for their requirements.Manage all inbound enquiries and deal with any issues that may ariseConvert as many leads as possible into salesAchieve team targets Hours of work are 5 days in 7 (Mondays to Sundays from 9-6 mon-sat and 10-6 on Sundays. You are expected to work 1 weekend in 2, but get time off in the week to compensateThe Person This Sales Consultant role requires someone who is likeable, amiable and confident. It is highly likely that you will have previously worked in hospitality or customer services and you must be a car driver.
