Ensure seamless safety for 400 annual events, from conferences to graduations, conducting essential spot checks on risk assessments and build processes, particularly for CDM-compliant events. Act as the primary HandS expert, providing crucial guidance to Event Managers and the Operations Team, developing pro forma risk assessments, and leading incident management and emergency preparedness. Drive continuous improvement in safety standards, conducting daily site inspections, auditing contractor activities, managing high-risk work permits, and staying ahead of legislative developments to advise on policy amendments.
