We''re currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance-Forklift Drivers to join our clients busy-team based in Lichfield.-

The successful FLT Drivers must hold a valid counterbalance forklift certificate - RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the forklift to safely transport goods within the warehouse

• Load and unload deliveries efficiently while maintaining stock accuracy

• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs

• Ensure a clean, organised-and hazard-free work environment

• Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certifcate (counterbalance)

• Previous experience in a similar role essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Reach FLT experience would be advantageous but not essential

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 6am-3pm-+ overtime
