Your responsibilities will include: Preparing estimates of all prime costs, including house pricing, labour costs, and site work operations. Liaising with various departments to ascertain costs and maintaining schedules of quantities. Monitoring and reporting costs, updating existing land purchase exercises, and presenting findings to the management team.
