The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dedicated senior leader in housing to join the team as the Assistant Director of Housing. In this full-time, permanent role, you will lead our Customer Services, Allocations, and Income Services teams. You''ll be responsible for ensuring that all services meet legal and regulatory requirements, achieve key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement. You will also be expected to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to achieve the goals of whg. The key responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Housing include: Acting as a senior leader within the Housing Directorate, supporting the Director of Housing and working with the Assistant Director of Housing to ensure services are aligned. Leading the strategic approach to Income Collection, Money Advice, Allocations, and Customer Services. Driving a forward-thinking approach to customer contact, income collection, and the allocation of empty homes.
