By listening to people and using data to spot trends early, you can make meaningful changes that boost wellbeing, strengthen engagement, and grow leadership across the business.

Requirements?

Solve complex ER cases with fairness and compassion

Have up to date knowledge of employment law and an HR background

Experienced in using people data to shape real change

Able to drive engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives and evidence what this looks like

Experience of building trusted relationships across the business
