We''re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team working across domestic properties in Hampshire. This role involves electrical repairs, maintenance, installations, testing and fault finding while delivering excellent customer service.

• Electrical repairs, maintenance and installations
• Fault finding on single & three-phase systems
• EICRs, testing & inspection
• PAT testing and certification works
• Shower and electric heating installations
• Domestic heating controls and immersion replacements
• Complete works in line with current wiring regulations

• C&G 2330 or equivalent
• 18th Edition (2382)
• Strong domestic maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations
• Ability to use PDA/smartphone technology

• C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Social housing or domestic maintenance experience

• -42,083 salary
• 37-hour week
• Company van provided
• Ongoing training and development
