Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

• Assist with the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects
• Support cost planning, measurement, procurement and post-contract processes
• Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
• Attend site visits, assist with valuations and monitor progress against budgets
• Liaise with clients and contractors under the guidance of senior staff
• Receive mentoring and training as part of the APC programme

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject (RICS accredited)
• Aiming to achieve MRICS status through the APC pathway
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Full UK driving licence
