Our amazing client, a Michelin star kitchen is in need of a fantastic Junior Sous Chef to operationally lead within this 35 covers per day outlet. You will be working with some of the finest chefs in the UK and be part of a world renowned group with opportunities for future progression!This is a busy kitchen, so requires a personable operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader. You will report to the executive chef and be heavily involved in menu development and creation.
