Social network you want to login/join with:We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client’s reputable community service in London. This role is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours including weekends for an initial period of 3 months.As a Locum Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to individuals within the community setting. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address the needs of clients in their own homes or community settings.Providing expert occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, enhance function, and improve quality of life.Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, nurses, and support workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.Offering advice, support, and education to clients, families, and caregivers to facilitate self-management and optimize outcomes.Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.Requirements
