Description Business Partnering and Performance Management Partner with manufacturing site leadership teams to understand operational drivers and deliver meaningful financial insight, whilst challenging the status quo, to ensure the business is continually improving.Support site performance reviews, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and margin enhancement.Provide real-time financial analysis to support production planning, inventory management, and capacity utilization.Work with the wider finance team to forecast and explain monthly performance, taking appropriate action for continuous improvement. Financial Planning and Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.Support with product costing, standard cost setting, and variance analysis (material, labour, and direct costs of production).Prepare and present monthly management packs with clear performance commentary and improvement recommendations.
