What You''ll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Customers: Maintain a positive, professional, and understanding attitude while addressing customer inquiries.
• Resolving Issues: Respond to phone calls and emails, taking ownership of issues and working towards mutually agreeable solutions.
• Order Management: Investigate order and delivery inquiries, process orders and returns, and handle amendments or cancellations efficiently.
• Effective Communication: Provide timely updates to all parties involved and escalate unresolved complaints when necessary.
• Collaboration: Liaise with factories and logistics partners to ensure accuracy and timely order receipt.
• General Administration: Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
