Are you an experienced family lawyer looking for a new challenge? A well-established regional practice is expanding its Family Law team and seeks a 2-5 PQE solicitor to join them. You''ll take on an existing portfolio while helping shape the future of a collaborative, specialist group.

What You''ll DoProvide advice across divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, pre/post-nuptial and separation agreements, and cohabitation matters.Ensure compliance with Resolution, SRA, LawNet standards, and internal protocols.Delegate and mentor paralegals and secretaries to deliver seamless client service.Elevate the team''s profile through networking, events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.Grow and maintain your client base, nurturing long-term relationships.Drive your personal development via in-firm resources, self-assessment, and thought-leadership contributions.
