What We''re Looking For

* Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or support setting
* A patient, caring and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Ability to provide professional references and complete an Enhanced DBS check if required
