Details of the Teaching Assistant Role:
 
Location: Taunton
 
Start date: ASAP
 
Contract: Until Christmas initially with potential to be extended until the end of the academic year

Work schedule: Every morning (8:30 - 12:30)
 
Salary: £55 per day

How to be a successful Teaching Assistant: 

• Posses a strong grasp of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school environment
• Exhibit patience and empathy
• Communicate effectively with both colleagues and parents
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and remains flexible in various situations
• Brings experience in supporting teachers in tracking students development
• Oversee Educational Health Care Plan objectives for students
• Showcase passion for the role
• Hold an Enhanced DBS
