Assemblers / Solderers - Coventry 18 p/hour, rising to 19 p/hour (upon achieving performance targets) Shifts: Monday-Thursday Hours: 36 per week (9 hours daily, including 30-minute unpaid break) Working hours: 07:00-16:30Our client, a reputable manufacturing business, is hiring experienced Assemblers / Solderers to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a quality-focused environment where precision matters.What you''ll be doing: Soldering electronic components and circuit boards using through-hole and surface mount techniques Assembling small components with accuracy and care Reading and following technical drawings Conducting quality checks on finished products Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspaceWhat you''ll bring: Proven soldering experience, preferably in electronics Experience in small part mechanical assembly (not heavy industry) Familiarity with electrical assembly operations Use of hand tools and assembly line experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform quality assurance Experience with complex assembly tasksAdditional requirements: BPSS clearance UK nationality (Mandatory) Dexterity testing Colour-blindness screeningThese roles are temporary, lasting approximately 20 weeks, with start dates from the 7th April 2026.
