join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, its a place to experience.About the Role:As a Bartender, youll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Youll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.What Youll Do:Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair

Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable moments

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role

What you bring:Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment

Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Proficiency in spoken and written English

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK

Schedule and hours:This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

Typical working hours will be in the evenings, but flexibility is required to work day shifts

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required
