A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting an Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. This is a part-time position working 22 hours per week across 3 days (Fridays essential) starting ASAP. Paying 19.75 - 23.38 per hour ( 38,000 - 45,000 pro rata) depending on experience.Working in a team of 2 with 1 direct report, your key duties include but are not limited to:Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and monitoring.Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.Present findings to the board and suggest cost-saving measures.Identify risks, propose solutions, and manage stakeholders.Handle payroll, VAT, HMRC returns and cashflow forecasts.Manage accounts receivable and payable.Prepare accruals, prepayments and audit processes.Ensure legal compliance and build external relationships.Drive improvements in accounting practices.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Finance Manager position:AAT level 4 qualifiedPrevious experience in a similar role essentialStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in using Sage, Excel, Word, Access and PaperlessExcellent time management and organisational skills.Analytical thinking and data-drivenIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Finance Manager position, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch. ..... full job details .....
