What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level support to senior management
• Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support the smooth running of the office with day-to-day administrative and finance tasks

About You

• Previous experience as a PA supporting at senior level
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
