Internal Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Working closely with customers and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in driving sales activity while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders, providing a professional and responsive service at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop accounts. Proactively follow up quotations, leads, and enquiries to maximise conversion rates and support revenue growth. Work closely with the wider sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales information within the company''s CRM and ERP systems. Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer expectations are met. Produce sales reports and pipeline updates, contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
