ResponsibilitiesRole: Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you''ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer care. You\''ll support clients across dynamic cloud environments, ensuring their experience is seamless and impactful.
Provide fast, accurate support via Slack, chat, and email to resolve technical challenges.
Diagnose complex problems and collaborate with RandD/Product teams on escalations.
Build trusted relationships while educating customers on features and best practices.
Document solutions, maintain support records, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Stay at the forefront of cloud security through continuous training and development.
Champion customer satisfaction, ensuring issues are resolved with precision and care.
Qualifications
2-4 years'' experience in roles such as Technical Support, Technical Account Manager, or Escalation Engineer (not internal IT).
Strong knowledge of MySQL, Linux, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with OpenSearch, Grafana, and related troubleshooting tools.
A background in cybersecurity, especially within cloud environments.
