A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Senior Operations Buyer, you will be at the heart of our procurement activities, ensuring that we meet our business targets efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Overseeing a diverse supplier portfolio while driving initial part sourcing activities.Negotiating price adjustment requests and resolving invoicing and payment discrepancies.Managing a work queue to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).Collaborating closely with internal customers (MRPCs, requisitioners) to provide top-notch customer care and early involvement in processes.Contributing to the implementation of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to enhance process efficiency and compliance.Supporting Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, and classification.Maintaining records of all documentation and ensuring adherence to online purchasing and contract management systems.Leading or supporting Procurement Business Plan activities.
