HR Advisor
Location: Central LondonJob Type: Temporary, full-time (until the end of July)We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a proactive, high-quality HR service across our organisation. With 3-5 years of HR advisory experience, the successful candidate will provide confident, pragmatic advice on a wide range of people matters, supporting managers to resolve issues effectively while ensuring compliance with employment law, organisational policy, and public sector standards. This role is crucial in building managerial capability, enhancing employee experience, and supporting our commitment to fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Daytoday of the role:Advisory and CaseworkProvide professional HR advice on matters including conduct, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, and workplace conflict.Manage a personal caseload from initial triage through to resolution, ensuring timely, well-documented outcomes.Coach and guide line managers to handle issues with confidence and consistency.Prepare clear case documentation-investigation reports, outcome letters, meeting minutes, and evidence packs.Employment Law and HR PolicyApply up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice to provide informed advice.Support periodic review of HR policies, ensuring they remain legally compliant and reflect emerging public sector needs.Promote consistent application of organisational policies and support equality, diversity, and inclusion ..... full job details .....
