Clinical Negligence Solicitor 3-6 PQE Manchester Hybrid Working A leading defendant Clinical Negligence team are seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Manchester Healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent defendants in high-value and complex clinical negligence matters while managing a diverse range of cases from inception to completion. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will: Manage a varied caseload of high-value defendant clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key case documents. Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to inform case strategy. Draft pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, medical professionals, counsel, and experts to gather evidence and progress matters effectively. Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required. Assist with client relationship management and care initiatives. Supervise and support more junior team members where appropriate. What we are looking for: 3-6 years'' PQE with strong experience in defendant clinical negligence matters. Proven experience in handling complex, high-value cases. Experience in group litigation is desirable. Excellent drafting negotiation, and advocacy skills.
