If you enjoy keeping things on track, working with people, and being at the heart of a fast-paced office, this could be a great fit.In this role, you''ll play a key part in supporting advisers and guiding clients smoothly through their mortgage journey, from first contact right through to completion.You''ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes while delivering excellent customer service.What you''ll be doing:Managing cases end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for clientsSupporting new business leads from estate agents, including prompt follow-ups and accurate record keepingActing as a central point of contact for clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships through regular communication and high-quality serviceKeeping systems up to date using internal tools and back-office platformsHandling general office admin such as calls, diary management, and day-to-day organisationProducing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reportsStaying up to date with required training and compliance standardsWhat''s in it for you:ONLY 35 hours per week!Flexible working, the office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmHybrid opportunity - Fancy a few days at home, or prefer to do a couple hours in the evening, the business can work with you!Salary: £24,005.80 (£13.19p/h) ..... full job details .....
