A warm and inclusive independent prep school in the Surrey area is looking to appoint a compassionate and committed One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Reception-aged pupil with Down Syndrome as they transition from Nursery into full-time school life.

\This is a full-time, term-time only role starting in September, working closely with the class teacher and wider support team to ensure the pupil has access to the full curriculum and the support needed to thrive both academically and socially.
 
What We''re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (experience with Down Syndrome or similar is beneficial)
• A kind, patient and nurturing approach to learning support
• Ability to adapt learning tasks and communication styles to individual needs
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work as part of a wider team
• A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
