Contracts Manager HV/LV Projects Manchester Senior Leadership Role + PandL Ownership + Established Engineering Business We re working with an established electrical engineering business looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead HV/LV project delivery from their Hamilton office. This is a senior role covering project performance, team leadership, commercial delivery, client relationships and business growth. You ll take ownership of HV and LV project profit centres, managing PandL, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and contract performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and right first time. The Role: Managing and developing HV/LV project teams Owning project PandL, budgets, forecasting and cash flow Driving profitability, cost control and operational performance Managing contracts, project scope, resources and delivery standards Building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities Supporting quotations, tenders and future pipeline growth Ensuring compliance with HV/LV safety rules, quality and HandS standards What We re Looking For: HV/LV electrical engineering services background Contracts, operations or project management experience Strong commercial acumen across PandL and budgets Proven team leadership experience Ability to manage clients, tenders and project delivery SMSTS or Health and Safety for Managers preferred 5+ years in a management role within engineering A senior role with real influence across ..... full job details .....
