My client''s residential home in Walsall is holding interviews next week for an experienced Team Leader to support day-to-day care delivery and staff supervision on day shifts.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Recent experience at Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader level

• Strong staff supervision/people management skills

• Trained in medication administration

• Experience participating in a management on-call rota
