The role of Senior Sous Chef:This is an all-round desirable opportunity

Overseeing services for up to 100 covers +, as well as taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Youll work with quality ingredients, cooking seasonal British cuisine. Youll have the opportunity to work with the Head Chef on new seasonal and special menus.Salary package of £52,500 +48 hours per week (includes weekends)Straight shiftsWhat were looking for in a Senior Sous Chef:Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy quality restaurants is needed, with sound knowledge of British/European cuisine.An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a team of 8-10 Chefs.Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health and Safety and HACCP.
