Are you highly organised, collaborative, and ready to contribute to one of the most significant restoration programmes in the UK? Join the Restoration and Renewal (RandR) Client Team as a Project Support Officer, where you’ll help shape the future of the Palace of Westminster.This role supports the delivery of complex, high-profile projects within the RandR programme. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including the RandR Delivery Authority, to ensure projects are well-managed, milestones are met, and reporting is clear and effective. From preparing governance papers to managing project information and scheduling meetings, your work will be central to keeping this multi-billion-pound programme on track.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s preserving history while enabling Parliament to function safely and effectively for generations to come.This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.What We’re Looking For

Experience working in a project or programme management environment, with awareness of methodologies like APM, PRINCE2 or MSP.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, using data and insight to guide actions.A commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.Benefits
