About the Role You will play a central role in developing the European sales pipeline by owning early-stage customer engagement and supporting senior sales colleagues. Respond rapidly and professionally to inbound enquiries, delivering service that stands out. Research, identify, and pre-qualify new customers across key industrial and marine segments. Generate new leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy from initial lead creation to qualification or handover. Present products and capabilities via calls, emails, webinars, and online meetings. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying additional revenue opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise lead quality and conversion. Continuously develop product and application knowledge to support confident customer conversations.
