This is an excellent opportunity to join the aerospace manufacturing sector, offering full training, ongoing development, and the potential for permanent employment.This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on technical work, and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate results.Key DutiesEnsure equipment is safe for operation and calibrated to industry standards.Monitor and control the correct storage and administration of gauges.Support internal and external customer gauging and calibration demands.Maintain accurate and up-to-date calibration records.RequirementsPractical experience implementing lean office techniques.Metrology skills with knowledge of BS EN ISO standards.Experience calculating tolerances for gauges.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages.Knowledge of British Standards.High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.Formal training in a related role is advantageous.Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 8am-4:45pm.Friday: 8am-12pm.What We OfferTemporary to permanent opportunity.Day shift role with early finish on Fridays.Full training and ongoing career development.Supportive and inclusive team environment.Opportunity to work within the aerospace manufacturing sector.Interested?Apply online today to be ..... full job details .....
