The role offers the opportunity to manage a broad caseload of commercial disputes, assisting Partners with high-value and complex matters. Cases will include commercial contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, IT contract disputes, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, defamation claims, warranty and indemnity claims, IP disputes, and consumer claims.
