Classroom Support are working exclusively with outstanding All-Through, Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools in the London Borough of Lambeth, recruiting for multiple SEND TA roles to start this September.

 Role Overview:

• Support students 1:1 and in small groups

• Work closely with Class Teachers and the SEN team

• Assist in delivering tailored learning activities

• Use sensory spaces and specialist resources

• Contribute to Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) goals

• Monitor and encourage progress, independence, and confidence

 Who We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for working with children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude

• Experience with children (in any setting) is beneficial but not essential

• Graduates or non-graduates welcome – we value passion and commitment above all!
