This role will help us to do this by managing the day-to-day appointments for empty properties and provide appropriate support to minimise void times. In this role, you will be responsible for Scheduling for Responsive Repairs and for pre-inspections. Scheduling for Empty Homes Liaising with operatives by telephone throughout the day, to ensure that all appointments and target dates are met Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of and work to a high standard on the Opti-Time system.
