This includes: I(PFD)A 1975 claims.Challenges to the validity of wills.Construction and rectification claims.Court of Protection disputes.Executor and trustee disputes.Proprietary estoppel claims.Claims relating to lifetime gifts and international estate issues.You''ll manage your own matters while contributing to larger, complex cases, ensuring exceptional client service and commercially effective delivery.
