We want a dedicated individual who oozes confidence and shows genuine sincerity for their team and every guest that walks through our doors.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: To be fully aware of hotel activities and facilities. To gain a knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes on the hotel menus. To follow portion control guidelines as directed by your Head Chef.
