Verve People, part of the Interaction Recruitment Group are now recruiting a Sous Chef to join the team of one of our clients.A fantastic opportunity has come about to work with this highly experienced Head Chef, bringing with him experiences of The Berkeley under Marcus Wareing to name but one.With a heavy stance on mentoring and building a team versed the vision of this FandB team.Utilising the finest ingredients from the gardens, fields and waters of Yorkshire, prepared and cooked to showcase its simplicity on a plate.Verve People, part of the Interaction Recruitment Group are now recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the team of one of our clients.As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for assisting with preparation and presentation of all dishes in your allocated working area to ensure the guests receive efficient and high-quality service. We want a dedicated individual who oozes confidence and shows genuine sincerity for their team and every guest that walks through our doors.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: To be fully aware of hotel activities and facilities. To gain a knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes on the hotel menus. To follow portion control guidelines as directed by your Head Chef. To record temperature checks on food and in storage areas, as directed, to ensure statutory requirements are met.
