Essential Requirements And AttributesWe are seeking a passionate and truly customer-centric Head of Education and Student Experience with the following skills and attributes:Master''s degree, higher or equivalent in Film, Media, Education, or a related fieldFilmmaking experience: an ideal candidate should have significant experience or knowledge in filmmaking to bridge the academic and practical elements of the courseStrong understanding of the film industry, including emerging trends, technology, and creative practicesSignificant experience in a leadership or managerial role within an educational institutionIn-depth knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogical principles, and assessment strategiesExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty and staffExperience in handling confidential student information and issues with professionalismExperience in striking the balance between friendliness and professionalismOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proven track record of driving educational innovation and enhancing the student learning experience.Familiarity with educational regulations, accreditation processes, and quality assurance standardsPassion for film education, a commitment to student success, and a dedication to fostering a vibrant learning community
