Team Leader Support Services Full-time, fixed-term until 31 December 2025 £39,312.46 Based in Fulham with travel to other London sitesWe re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to oversee a dedicated Support Services team, delivering high-quality, person-centred services to veterans across London.In this role, you ll lead a team of Community Support Officers, ensuring that each person we support has a tailored plan that promotes their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You ll be a visible and approachable leader, motivating your team to deliver outstanding outcomes and continuously improve.What you ll be doing:Managing the day-to-day operations of the Support Services team.Overseeing support plans, risk assessments, and move-on plans.Actively engaging with beneficiaries, including those who may be harder to reach.Building strong relationships with statutory, voluntary, and community partners.Supporting your team s professional development, from recruitment and induction to coaching and performance management.Holding a small caseload of key clients.About you: You ll have experience working with adults in sectors such as mental health, homelessness, or offender rehabilitation ideally with knowledge of issues affecting veterans.
